This is a most interesting, though oddly strange piece. Not sure why, though. It might be because Rainbow Dash is the size of a Chihuahua. Well, I'm not really going to focus on how cute she looks. Gonna stay on topic, like how her wing looks more like a little, blue backpack. It's not bad, I assure you, but the way they're so high up doesn't fit for some reason. If they were just a bit lower, I suspect it wouldn't look so funky.
I'm curious as to who that girl in the background is. She looks mysterious, a bit scary, and sexy all at the same time, but her ear looks like that of a mouse. Not to be mean, but it could be shaped better.
Considering this is supposed to be a dream, as Sonik said, I must admit, the style you used was very well chosen. I get this surreal feeling just by looking at this. The way the tree curves and bends makes me feel like I'm looking not through the bushes, but through some portal into Sonik's mind.
I can't help but wonder if the tornado leaves to the farthest right of the picture is just that: at tornado. Was that intended to look that way, or is it just something I'm not seeing? Well, at any rate, you did say you were still experimenting, so I'm not complaining... much.
All in all, I like this piece. It's sweet, and easily makes one smile while at the same time, brings worry towards who that mysterious shadow of a girl is. Well done, Atryl. Keep up the fine artwork, and I hope to critique your work again sometime!
Amazing colouring! I dont even know how you do it The atmosphere is very comfortable around the characters and everything, and are those OCs? very nicely done , Love your works, please keep up the good work and your drawings and paintings are magical There really isn't anything bad to criticize for this picture, really... maybe i just don't see it, but to me it looks like another great work of art! a w e s o m e j o b y o u a r e t e h b 3 s t ! d q f q ef q efqe
This is surreal as the dickens, is what it is. Its mind-bending nature is nicely demonstrated by the fact that the POV encapsulates everything from the skyline in the background to that little fish in the stream right under our noses.
